“Travelled approx 500 miles to find that the trailer we had come to look at was being repaired (very minor damage). Fortunatly there was a similar trailer, and the entire team did an amazing job working with us and making sure we didn’t go home empty handed and had a good experiance. They also made sure we had the proper equipment to get us home safely and stayed late to get the trailer prepped and get us on the road headed home with our new trailer. The service and overall experiance was fantastic! THANKS! “

“My wife and I started our adventure to Banning RV looking for an inexpensive Coach for a relative to live in and what we found when we arrived was a fantastic assortment of Trailers, Coaches, Campers,RV’s and all sorts of eye candy. As we walked the lot, Robert allowed us to take our time even though it was getting late in the day. We found the trailer that most suited our needs at the time and decided we wanted one for ourselves. The sales manager and the Finance Manager got us thru the process quickly. The total experience was great, the reason for this late review considering we purchased our Trailer in Sept 2010 is that we took our Trailer in for service. We were greeted by Sergio the Service Writer who took his time explaining in detail the warranties, (we did purchase the extended warranty) and what was covered and what was not. Bob Crowley and Sergio along with Eddie the Service Mgr took excellent care of our Trailer. I am very thankful to this team for their thoughtfulness in dealing with a disabled person and everything that was done for my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this company for everyone to come to first to purchase their RV. I will come back, it is their aftercare that has me as grateful customer. “After being subjected to typical dealer games and nonsense by a salesman, general manager and failing to agree on a fair price at a local Colton dealership, I checked out RV Discount Center on line. After finding the trailer I wanted, I went to the Redlands yard and dealt with sales manager Kyle directly. I was prequalified with my credit union and when the time came to discuss numbers, I dug in and prepared for a fight. I never got a chance to make my offer. Kyle gave me a price I couldn’t believe/refuse that was less than what my offer was going to be. Absolutely no pressure or games. The girls in the finance department were just as awesome. They got me a better rate and lower payment than the credit union with an extended warranty. I loved my experience with RV Discount Centers and I’ve been telling anyone that will listen to check you guys out. “

“Dear Mrs. Ringgold;We are writing you once again to share another amazing experience with your Santee store. If you recall, Brian and I purchased our new 21ft Salem last January. When we decided it was time to upgrade, without hesitation, we contacted Jeff to see what our options were, not even looking at any other dealer. When you have had the best, why go anywhere else! When we arrived at the lot, we were greeted as if we were family that were coming back for a visit, and oh yes, to look at a new trailer. Todd and Jeff were great as usual and really enjoyed working with both. We trust you folks and that is something that has been earned. I was just texting Jeff to let him know how pleased we were with our experience, and that I was writing you once again. You really have a great leader in Jeff – everyone at this store echo’s the can do attitude and wants to take care of the customer from the sales and service team. “My husband and I stopped by your Santee store this week when it was raining, do to my husband was off do to the weather, and I would like to thank Mike and Jeff for the Great customer service! We went to 3 other RV Dealerships in the rain and we told the salesmen we weren’t going to by till March and they didn’t even open the doors to the RV’s or give us the time of day, So when we stopped by your store and told them we are not buying today Mike still walked around showing us the different RV’s. Jeff the manager came out and offered us some water. Do to the the GREAT Customer service even when you don’t buy we will be back and buy from you!! Thanks Again..”
